🚀We are looking for a Head of Partnerships (LATAM) to join a leading financial services company.
In this role, you will lead strategic partnership initiatives across the LATAM region, driving growth and aligning cross-functional collaboration. You will oversee the performance of partnership teams, identify market opportunities, and ensure strategic alignment with organizational goals.
You will collaborate closely with business development, marketing, and sales teams, as well as senior leadership. If you’re passionate about building impactful alliances in the financial sector, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and shape regional growth strategies.
Location: Bogotá, Colombia (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days from home)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate regular meetings with partnership and business development teams to assess performance, address challenges, and plan strategic initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and other departments to align partnership strategies with company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement training programs to strengthen team capabilities and support professional development.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in a senior business development, partnerships, or management role (e.g., Head of Sales, Business Development Manager, Regional or Country Manager).
- Fluency in Spanish (C1) and proficiency in English (B2+)—both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to guide and motivate teams.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and strategic planning abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and a proactive, results-driven attitude.
