🚀We are seeking a Customer Support Representative (German-speaking) to join our client’s team in Gdańsk, Poland. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing assistance via phone, email, and chat. Your goal will be to ensure smooth and positive customer experiences by resolving issues, escalating when needed, and continuously improving processes. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, adapt to changing needs, and contribute to delivering high-quality service in a dynamic environment.

Location: Gdańsk, Poland (onsite, flexible shifts Monday–Sunday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German and English.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information or solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions according to company guidelines.
• Contribute ideas to enhance the customer experience and improve internal processes.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service delivery targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Fluent in German (B2+/C1) and proficient in English (minimum B2).
• Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Highly organised, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not required.
