We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer with deep Python experience and hands-on expertise in n8n workflow automation. This role focuses on building robust backend services, integrating third-party APIs, and automating complex workflows that drive business processes. Key Responsibilities:

Architect and develop backend services, APIs, and integrations using Python.

Lead the design and implementation of automation workflows in n8n.

Define and enforce best practices for workflow automation, security, and scalability.

Integrate multiple third-party systems, APIs, and databases into seamless workflows.

Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.

Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of backend systems.

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and deployment processes.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of backend engineering experience with Python.

1+ years of professional experience using n8n for workflow automation and API integrations.

Strong understanding of API development, webhooks, and data flow design.

Solid experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).

Familiarity with Docker and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Proven ability to design scalable and secure backend systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and strong communication skills.
