🚀We are looking for an Outbound Inside Sales Representative (German speaking) to join our client's team in Dublin, Republic of Ireland. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business within the SMB segment, engaging prospects to understand their needs, and offering tailored solutions to help them grow. You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach through to closing deals—while collaborating with cross-functional teams and staying up to date with market trends. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven, German-speaking professional passionate about consultative sales and eager to make an impact in a fast-paced, international environment.
Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland (hybrid, with 3 days per week at the office)
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospects to understand their business objectives, challenges, and needs, offering tailored solutions to support their growth.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and target potential customers within the small-to-medium business (SMB) segment.
- Drive high-volume outreach through calls, emails, and social media to qualify leads and generate interest in the company’s offerings.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date pipeline of opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—such as marketing, technical solutions, and customer success—to enhance client engagement and outcomes.
- Stay current with product updates, industry trends, and market changes to provide informed recommendations and guidance to clients.
- Proactively source new opportunities, manage your sales pipeline, and prioritize activities to meet and exceed targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Native/ fluent in German (C1), both verbal and written. As well as proficiency in English (at least B2).
- Proven experience in a closing sales or sales development role, with a track record of acquiring new business and exceeding sales targets, particularly in the SMB segment.
- Passion for business development, with a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
- Ability to navigate complex sales processes and engage with multiple decision-makers, including senior executives.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with sales engagement tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and effectively articulate value propositions.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and persistent in pursuing leads and closing deals.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and territory management to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Experience in E-commerce, Fintech, Retail, or Hospitality industries is advantageous.
- Previous experience selling point-of-sale (POS) solutions is a plus.
- Familiarity with MEDDICC, BANT, or Challenger sales methodologies is an asset.
