We're looking for a Content Moderator who’s fluent in Dutch and English to help keep online spaces safe and respectful. If you're someone who pays attention to the details, understands online culture, and feels confident making judgment calls, this could be a great fit! Key Qualifications:

Languages: Native/fluent Dutch and English (C1-C2 level proficiency)

Citizenship/Work Authorization: Holder of EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit

Relocation: Willing to relocate to Lisbon (relocation assistance provided)

Experience: 1–2 years in content moderation, customer service (preferred but not mandatory)

Technical Skills: Familiar with digital platforms, social media tools, and content management systems

Responsibilities:

Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform rules and policies

Identify and report content that violates community standards or poses safety concerns

Maintain quality standards and adhere to moderation KPIs (accuracy, speed, consistency)

Provide feedback and suggestions for improving content policies and processes

Work in rotating shifts as needed, including weekends and public holidays
