As a Customer Support / Technical Support Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, providing them with outstanding service and technical assistance.
As a Customer Support / Technical Support Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, providing them with outstanding service and technical assistance. Your expertise will help resolve issues, answer inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience for our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and chat in Italian.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and offer timely solutions.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and manage support tickets effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve services and address feedback.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
- Participate in training sessions and ongoing development programs.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Spanish(C2 level) and English (B2-C1 level).
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or related fields is preferred.
- Junior candidates with 6 months to 3 years of experience are welcome.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
