We are recruiting a Dutch or German-speaking Customer Advisors to join a dynamic team in Málaga, supporting a leading international hotel group. You will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls, delivering high-quality support, and ensuring an excellent guest experience.

Key Details:

Location: On-site in Málaga (Paseo del Muelle Uno, Distrito Centro)

Contract: Indefinite term (2-month probation period)

Schedule: 39 hours/week, Monday to Sunday, 8:00–22:00 (rotating shifts with alternating weekends)

Salary: €1,916.66/month (gross)

Training: On-site, full-time (9:00–18:00)

Requirements:

Native or bilingual level of Dutch or German

Advanced English (minimum C1)

Valid NIE, NAF, and a Spanish bank account

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Comfortable working with calls and structured procedures

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively

Team-oriented, but also capable of working independently

Calm and solution-focused under pressure

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not required
