We are looking for Dutch-speaking Content Moderators to join an international team in Lisbon, supporting one of the world’s leading platforms for short-form mobile videos — TikTok. In this role, you will help ensure the safety and integrity of the platform by reviewing user-generated content and enforcing community guidelines. Content may include sensitive material such as hate speech, violence, or graphic content.

Key Details:

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (on-site)

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), rotational shifts (24/7 coverage)

Training: ~15 working days of intensive paid training

Contract: Portuguese employment contract with holiday and Christmas bonuses

Language Skills

Native-level fluency in Dutch or French (written and spoken)

Good command of English for internal communication and training
