🚀We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Account Manager to join a global leader in unified communication solutions. Based in London, this role is key to supporting the company’s strategic transition from a traditional channel sales model to a direct key account approach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing major B2B client relationships, driving revenue growth, and positioning the company’s cutting-edge communication technologies with senior-level stakeholders. This is a strategic opportunity to make a direct impact on business growth and client success in a rapidly evolving market.
Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective B2B clients.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio in the UK and surrounding regions.
- Present and promote unified communication solutions—including IP phones and video conferencing systems—to senior decision-makers and C-level executives.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring a seamless client experience and timely project delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and operations teams to meet client requirements and delivery timelines.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and strategic client meetings.
- Support and drive the transition to a direct sales model, targeting key enterprise accounts.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven track record in B2B sales within the telecommunications or unified communications industry.
- Demonstrated success in key account acquisition and management, with experience working with telecom operators, Fortune 500 companies, or state-owned enterprises.
- Prior experience transitioning from channel sales to direct enterprise account development is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Communications, Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to manage complex sales cycles and long-term client partnerships.
