🚀 Our client, a fast-growing and innovative global player in the fashion-tech sector, is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager – Apparel to join their on-site team in New York or Los Angeles.
In this strategic role, you will be responsible for leading growth initiatives in the highly competitive apparel industry. You'll be joining a dynamic company with a strong international presence and a mission to redefine the future of fashion and e-commerce.

👨💼 About your functions and responsibilities
- Define and implement comprehensive business development strategies for the apparel vertical.
- Drive market expansion through new opportunities, partnerships, and untapped customer segments.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and strategic industry partners.
- Ensure a high level of satisfaction, trust, and long-term collaboration.
- Lead the sales team in achieving revenue targets and KPIs.
- Track industry trends and market dynamics to maintain a strong competitive position.
- Mentor and empower a high-performing BD team.
- Promote a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and goal-driven culture.
🎓 What do you need to be successful?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in business development within the apparel or fashion industry.
- Proven success in leading teams and executing strategic growth plans.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for fashion, innovation, and results.
- Based in or willing to relocate to New York or Los Angeles (on-site position).
