As Senior Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading multidisciplinary teams, managing technical operations, and maintaining strong client relationships.

👨‍💼 About your functions and responsibilities

Client Relations & Marketing

• Maintain and manage relationships with Fortune 100 clients, government agencies, and public sector stakeholders.
• Support the marketing team in developing project materials: resumes, process diagrams, case studies, and web content.
• Participate in industry presentations and lead client interviews.
• Provide technical quality control for RFQ/RFP responses.

Project Management & Financial Oversight

• Oversee project teams and ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
• Lead the development of proposals and consistent fee structures.
• Monitor financial performance, project forecasts, and billing accuracy.
• Manage accounts receivable and provide client financial reports.
• Train teams in time tracking and efficiency improvement.

Staff Leadership & Development

• Design and implement training, mentoring, and technical seminars.
• Supervise team certifications and education renewals.
• Conduct performance reviews and support team hiring, training, and development.

Technical Mastery

• Communicate effectively across diverse client environments.
• Deliver expertise in mechanical systems and emerging tech.
• Apply local/national codes and maintain technical documentation and specifications.

Documentation & Tools

• Proficient in CAD, Revit, and Bluebeam.
• Develop cost estimates and ensure uniform documentation.
• Familiar with commissioning documents, control diagrams, and construction standards.

🎓 What do you need to be successful?

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 10–15 years of industry experience (including 5+ in design and client-facing roles).
• Experience with project delivery methods (Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build).
• Strong team leadership and MEP coordination skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.
