• Native or fluent Dutch (C2 level) – both spoken and written.
• Fluent English (C1 level) to communicate effectively.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with a confident, engaging presence.
• Energetic and outgoing personality, capable of maintaining high energy levels during live sessions.
• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including nights and weekends.
• Reliable with excellent timekeeping and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, ensuring professionalism and accuracy at all times.
