Colombia Sales Director
🚀 We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Director based in Colombia to join our team. This pivotal role focuses on expanding our market presence, driving sales growth, and nurturing relationships throughout South America (excluding Brazil). The ideal candidate will possess robust sales acumen, strong leadership skills, and an in-depth understanding of the region's market dynamics.
Locations: Bogotá, Colombia
Responsibilities:Â
- Expand Market Reach: Develop and grow the customer base for photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage inverters across South America, excluding Brazil.
- Cultivate Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and project-based clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends and identify new business opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborative Strategy Execution: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of sales strategies and achieve high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales within the inverter industry, demonstrating a successful track record.
- Regional Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of the South American inverter market (excluding Brazil), including an established network of distributors and project-based clients.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Native level of Chinese language with fluency in Spanish and English
