Investor Relations & Operational Due Diligence Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Investor Relations & Operational Due Diligence Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our operational excellence and strategic investor engagement.

What’s the role about?
You will lead efforts in evaluating operational due diligence processes, fostering strong relationships with investors, and ensuring that our internal practices align with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of trading strategies, analyzing models and performance metrics such as Sharpe ratio, Sortino ratio, and maximum drawdown.
• Assess execution quality to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for strategic improvement.
• Review operational workflows, technology infrastructures, and processes to ensure scalability, compliance, and alignment with fund standards.
• Evaluate the operational resilience of internal and external quantitative teams, ensuring robust practices are in place.
• Perform in-depth assessments of exchanges, custodians, and counterparties to guarantee risk management and the secure custody of assets.
• Conduct stress testing to analyze strategy performance under diverse market conditions, including periods of high volatility and liquidity constraints.
• Prepare and distribute weekly investor newsletters, providing updates on fund performance, strategy insights, and market trend analyses.
• Collaborate with external quantitative teams to uphold compliance standards and reinforce operational risk frameworks.
• Develop and maintain detailed due diligence reports for both internal stakeholders and investors.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, economics, data science, or a related field.
• Significant experience in quantitative trading, operational due diligence, or investment analysis, preferably within digital assets or hedge funds.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics, including Sharpe ratio, Sortino ratio, and strategy evaluation methodologies.
• Familiarity with digital assets trading, encompassing market-neutral and smart beta strategies.
• Proficiency in risk management practices, stress testing, and counterparty due diligence.
• Excellent communication skills for preparing detailed reports and investor-facing materials.
• Technical expertise in trading platforms, data analysis tools, and risk management software.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and custody solutions is considered a plus.
