Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize, manage, and evaluate digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and Spotify.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Digital Account Manager to onboard and oversee new accounts across various channels.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a small team of marketing professionals, fostering their skills and professional growth.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics to uncover trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, incorporating innovative ideas into campaign strategies.
• Perform competitor analysis to refine campaign strategies and contribute to new business proposals.
• Provide detailed campaign and website performance reports to clients and senior team members, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, offering regular updates and insights into campaign performance and opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth by managing existing client accounts while establishing new client partnerships.

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
• Proven expertise in planning and managing campaigns on Google and Meta platforms; experience with other platforms is a bonus (training available).
• Google and Meta advertising certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• A solid grasp of advertising and media principles.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate performance and propose data-driven improvements.
