🚀We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Surgery Services to lead and manage our surgical operations. This pivotal role focuses on ensuring the highest quality care in a fast-paced operating room environment while driving excellence in patient outcomes and staff performance. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in surgical services, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Location: Fort Mohave, AZ, USA (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate surgical services, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, patient-centered care.
• Lead surgical staff and support their professional growth through mentoring and education.
• Ensure seamless care throughout all phases of surgery, including pre-op, intra-op, and post-op.
• Act as a problem-solving resource for the operating room team, addressing challenges effectively.
• Develop and implement Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain the highest standards of surgical care.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• 5+ years of experience in surgical or operating room care, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of surgical procedures, OR protocols, and patient care standards.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse surgical team.
• Strong experience with Quality Improvement processes and patient safety initiatives.
• (Preferred) Advanced certifications such as CNOR and experience in managing multi-suite OR operations.
