🚀We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager with a strong background in land development to join our Los Angeles team. In this role, you will lead client relationships, oversee project scopes, manage schedules, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Position Details:
Location: Los Angeles, CA, USA
Salary: $120,000 - $145,000 yearly
Type: Hybrid Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary client contact, managing project scope, preparing fee proposals, conducting site investigations, setting timelines, and finalizing project details.
• Lead project teams by overseeing design, production, quality assurance, training, and performance management.
• Contribute to regional and company-wide strategic discussions, helping shape growth and decision-making.
• Apply the Full Circle Thinking® approach to foster effective leadership and alignment with company objectives.
• Manage up to two Project Managers and supervise a team of four non-supervisory staff, utilizing your PE license.
• Support business development efforts to attract new clients and projects.
• Oversee the preparation of project plans, technical reports, cost estimates, and other deliverables.
• Monitor budgets, manage billing processes, handle change orders, and ensure accurate invoicing.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, including leading large-scale projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
