In this role, you will design and develop full-stack software solutions within a Microsoft environment, contributing to both backend and frontend development. Your responsibilities will include analyzing technical requirements, conducting code reviews, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack solutions using the Microsoft stack, covering backend and frontend components.
• Translate user requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software quality and optimal performance.
• Contribute to software architecture and design, supporting the creation of scalable and maintainable solutions.

Skills and Experience

Education & Experience:

• Degree in computer science (diploma, master’s, or equivalent); extensive relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven expertise in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and MS SQL.
• Proficiency with frontend technologies such as React.JS, Blazor, and Web Forms.
• Experience in leading projects or teams is a plus.

Languages:

• Fluency in German (C1 or C2) and proficiency in English (B2) for daily communication and collaboration.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating initiative and independence.
