About your functions and responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch and English, offering helpful and timely support via chat and email.

What do you need to be successful?

• Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).

• Previous experience in customer support, e-commerce, or digital services is preferred.
